Sanjay Kumar Gupta is currently the Managing Director & CEO of National Commodities Management Services Ltd. (NCML), where he is leading a Transformation of the Organization and shaping its vision and strategic direction across Warehousing, Logistics, and Agri-Services. 

Prior to this, he served as President & Whole Time Director at JK Agri Genetics Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in accelerating business growth and strengthening the company’s international footprint across Asia and Africa. His work has been instrumental in driving innovation in seed technology and building global partnerships with institutions and development organizations, including collaborations supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. 

He began his career with Godrej Agrovet Ltd., where he held several leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, and was recognized early as one of the youngest Vice Presidents in the group. 

Mr. Gupta holds a B.Sc. (D Tech) with a Silver Medal from Kurukshetra University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He combines strong academic credentials with deep operational and strategic expertise and has been widely recognized for his leadership, including the Outstanding Leader Award from the Godrej Group.
