Mr. Asheesh Fotedar, COO at NCCD, brings over 24 years of experience in the cold chain and refrigeration industry, with strong expertise in turnkey project execution, sales, marketing, and revenue growth. He has led large-scale cold storage and HVAC projects, along with efficient business operations. 

He began his career as an HVAC Engineer at Park Plaza, Ludhiana, and later served as Regional Head (Projects & Supermarkets – North & East) at Blue Star Ltd., where he successfully delivered critical cold room installations for the Indian Army in high-altitude regions. 

He went on to become CEO (Refrigeration Division) at Motherson Zanotti Refrigeration Systems Ltd. for India and SAARC, overseeing manufacturing, sales, and operations, followed by a leadership role at Emerson Climate Technologies. 

He also founded and led a cold chain consultancy, delivering end-to-end project solutions. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from College of Engineering Pune.
