Aadil is Vice President at Peak Sustainability Ventures, where he spearheads investments and portfolio management across the fund’s core focus areas. He brings extensive experience in deal execution and value creation, spanning both venture and growth equity stages. Before joining Peak, Aadil worked at BPEA (now EQT), one of Asia’s largest private equity firms, driving large-scale transactions across diverse sectors. He began his career at BNP Paribas. Passionate about climate innovation, Aadil plays an active role in India’s climate ecosystem and leads several initiatives to accelerate sustainable investment in the region.
