Akaash has worked extensively with clients in the Financial Services, Digital Payments, Retail , Logistics, Energy, Manufacturing , and Real Estate sectors. Prior Experience and Education

Prior to joining BCG, Akaash was a Partner with PwC in their Management Consulting business where he was a leader in their People & Organization Advisory and led multiple organizational transformations.  He began his consulting career with Hay Group in their People Advisory business and executed multiple operating model & productivity interventions.

He also worked across ICICI Bank & Axis Bank, designing financial products for several different consumer & business segments, primarily on the asset & the fee income fronts

Akaash holds an MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technology University
