Colonel Abhay Mane is a serving officer with 20 years of experience in the Indian Army. As a Senior Instructor at the College of Military Engineering, Pune, he spearheads a key skill development program for mid-level officers, empowering them to assume higher roles.

He has commanded a specialist engineering unit, leading a team of 800+ & controlling critical warfighting equipment including Battle Tanks, Armoured Personal Carriers, & Bridging vehicles in the desert sector. He has also successfully led a technical team in the world’s highest battlefield, the Siachen Glacier.

His passion & expertise lies in Talent Development.

With a deep awareness of Social Responsibility, he believes in paying forward to the next generation. He has mentored 100+ Students in Leadership, Communication, Team building, &  an Armed Forces Career.

He has been commended for dedicated service by an Army Commander.

In addition to graduation as an Engineer, his qualifications include:

• MSc in Military Technology and Applied Sciences
• Master’s in Public Administration
• PGDM in Disaster Management
• Certification in Talent Development, Instructional Design, Human Rights, Organisational Behaviour, Lean Six Sigma & Scrum
• As part of continuous education, he is pursuing his MBA(Executive) in HRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
