Ms. Kavita Singh has been associated with Runaya since its inception and currently holding the position of CHRO for Runaya Group. She has completed a successful stint at Vedanta Group companies for over 9 years. 

Kavita was formerly the HR Manager for Vedanta Group, based in the Company’s headquarters in Mumbai. Kavita joined Vedanta in the year 2015 as Management Trainee and worked at 3 Businesses, handling multiple profiles over a decade. Kavita has worked with Vedanta Alumina Refinery located in Odisha, Talwandi Sabo Power Limited, which is a critical power plant in Punjab and Vedanta Power Business at different location, before finally moving to Mumbai for taking up a centrally focussed strategic role for the Vedanta Group.  

She brings extensive experience across Talent Management, Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Automation and Digitization and Total Rewards, and is passionate about contributing towards D&I practices and bringing a change in the manufacturing industry. She is described as an extremely focussed, objectives – oriented and dependable HR with an entrepreneurial mindset.  

Kavita has completed an MBA in HR from IBS Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s in Human Resources from SNDT University, Mumbai. 

Kavita’s husband works with Hindalco and they are blessed with a daughter, Aashvi. Kavita likes to spend her leisure time reading books and pet parenting/helping stray dogs.
