Vijay is Founder & Managing Director of Cornerstone International Group’s operations India since 2004. Established in USA in 1989, today CIG is ranked among leading global firms for Executive Search and Leadership Advisory services.

With a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj, Vijay spent first 13 years in Pharma industry in various executive roles covering manufacturing, projects and corporate planning before moving to Consulting and Executive search.

Over the last 20 years he has built the Cornerstone brand in India as a leading executive search, and leadership consulting organisation with 4 offices and a track record of successfully handling more than 1500 executive search mandates across most industry sectors within India and overseas.

Vijay’s mission over next 3 years is to impact more than 1000 lives and complete the book on “building blocks for CEO transition”.
