Rekha M Menon is a prominent voice in technology-driven innovation and socioeconomic progress in India.She serves on the boards of Legrand, Biocon Ltd, and XLRI Xavier School of Management, Shes former Chairperson and Senior Managing Director of Accenture in India. Rekha was the first woman to chair NASSCOM and is frequently listed among India’s most powerful businesswomen. 

Rekha advocates for digital skilling, supporting a NASSCOM platform that has reached over 1 million people. She co-founded Pratham Books, a non-profit publisher of children’s books, and has served on the boards of the Akshara Foundation, NASSCOM Foundation, and the Data Security Council of India. She also chaired the Governing Council of the National Skill Development Corporation’s IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council.
