Madan Sundar Das is a leadership and spirituality expert, corporate mentor, and management educator who integrates timeless wisdom with modern leadership principles. An alumnus of The Ohio State University (USA) with a master’s degree in electrical & computer engineering, he previously worked as a Research Engineer at Juniper Networks.

Inspired by the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Srila Prabhupada, he returned to India to dedicate himself to leadership development and spiritual education. He is currently the Director of EVOLVE Pune, conducts leadership programs for corporates and institutions, and serves as visiting faculty at leading management schools. His sessions are known for their clarity, depth, and practical relevance.
