Beena Mathen Jacob

Beena is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Blue Dart Express, South Asia’s most awarded and trusted express logistics provider, and a part of the DHL Group’s business unit, DHL eCommerce Solutions. With over two decades of experience in human resources, Beena has been instrumental in driving Blue Dart’s people strategy, aligning it with the company’s vision of excellence and innovation. 

In her role as CHRO, Beena leads the HR function across the organization, supporting a workforce of over 50000+ employees and associates. Her expertise in managing Human Capital and aligning HR Strategy with business objectives has been pivotal in fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture, enabling Blue Dart to maintain its leadership position in the industry. 

Prior to joining Blue Dart, Beena held senior HR leadership roles at DHL Supply Chain, FedEx, and Zicom, where she successfully led initiatives in strategic leadership , organisational development , HR business partnering, Business development & operations . Her strategic contributions have consistently delivered impactful results, driving employee growth and organizational success.

Beena holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University and specialized in Human Resources Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, enables her to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with Blue Dart’s mission and values.
