As a seasoned HR Leader, he provides strategic HR business partner support to drive HR excellence. Guiding organizations in emerging markets through growth and transformation from an HR perspective has been my forte. Kidwai has been actively leading and influencing Organizations to drive the convergence of business & HR priorities.  
 
He has led the Organization Code of conduct and Ethics initiative for MNC’s in India for more than a decade. He speaks at various management and academic forums and enjoy sharing knowledge.
