Manisha Kelkar

Ms. Manisha Kelkar is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. She is one of the exceptional Human Resources Professionals who can drive Human Resources agenda with a balance of Head and Heart. Under her leadership Nuvoco has established a performance driven culture which is fueled by trust, transparency, and equity. Nuvoco is distinguished for innovative and employee friendly policies. 

Ms. Kelkar began her journey with Nuvoco in 2009, starting as the assistant vice president for management development. Over time, her role expanded to include crucial domains such as Organization Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partner across various business verticals. She took over responsibility as Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020. 

With rich professional experience spanning over two decades in the field of Human Resources, Ms. Kelkar has emerged as a driving force behind performance-oriented culture in both Manufacturing and Service Industries. Throughout her career, she has implemented innovative HR strategies effectively nurturing organizations through Leadership Development and Change Management interventions across a few renowned organizations including Crompton Greaves, RPG Enterprises, E-Funds International, Morgan Stanley, and WNS Global Services. 

Ms. Kelkar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai. Her commitment to continuous learning has led her to become an ICF Certified Coach, a trained NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, and an Organization Development Practitioner from ISABS India. Ms. Kelkar’s commitment to professional development is exemplified by her active involvement in training and educational forums.
