Throughout his career, he has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving business growth. Noteworthy achievements include designing and developing the retail merchandising framework at Trent Limited, where he played a pivotal role in implementing SAP for the Westside business segment. His expertise extends to building and training high-performing merchandising teams across various brands such as Westside, Star Bazaar, ZUDIO, and Landmark.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Shailesh has actively contributed to quality management processes, participated in warehouse management system (WMS) implementations, and incubated stock control and master data functions within the merchandising domain.
