Terms & Condition of the Masterclass
These terms and conditions govern my participation in the Programme on the course opted in the Registration form organized by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“Organiser”). By submission of the registration form, I agree to comply with the following terms:
- I am aware that the sessions (online/ offline) of the Masterclass shall be conducted as per the scheduled Agenda as available on the Masterclass website. I also understand that in case if I miss any session, no make-up session will be provided to me. I understand that certification for the Masterclass will be issued to me, Provided that, I successfully completed my assessment (if applicable) after attending all sessions.
- I will carry my Identity proof and visiting card at the Venue to collect my entry pass for the Masterclass.
- I am aware that my registration shall be confirmed subject to payment of entire course fee along with submission of Registration form.
- I also understand that the payment made shall be not be refundable, under any circumstances.
- I understand that the Organiser does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in the Masterclass.
- If any course materials are provided, i.e., slides, handouts, and recordings (“Masterclass Materials”) by the Organiser, it will be only for personal use. I shall not distribute, modify, or share Masterclass materials without prior written consent from the Organiser.
- I understand that all intellectual property rights in the Masterclass & Masterclass materials are owned by the Organiser. I am not permitted to use, modify or reproduce any Masterclass materials without the Organiser’s prior written consent.
- I undertake that I will not record the sessions (audio/video/screen-capture), unless authorized in writing by the Organiser.
- I undertake that I shall not be involved in any act, which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, violative of any law, infringement of any IPR, misleading statements, causing harm to other attendees, breach of any rules of Event premises (on ground session), failing which Organiser shall have the right to restrict me from attending the session and there shall not be any refund.
- I understand that any substitute shall be at the discretion of the organiser, subject to advance intimation being provided to the organiser. The substitute shall be of the same or higher designation as mentioned at the time of submission of Registration form.
- In case of mis-representation of designation by the participant in the Registration form, then the participation is liable for cancellation without any refund at the discretion of the Organiser.
- I understand that my personal data is collected during registration will be used for the purpose of facilitating the Master Class. I also hereby consent that my data to be used for follow-up communication, certification, and future program updates, unless I opt out.
- I understand that the masterclass may be recorded and photographed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Masterclass, I give my consent to being photographed and recorded. I waive any right to these recordings and photographs, including moral rights.
- I understand that the Organiser reserves the right to change the schedule, dates, speakers, or venue of the Masterclass if necessary or any terms & conditions by updating Masterclass website.
- I shall keep myself updated about the changes (if any) through the Masterclass website.
- I undertake to comply with the rules and regulations of the Venue.
- I will endeavour to provide feedback on the Masterclass, which is voluntary. In case if, I submit testimonials or reviews, I hereby consent the Organiser to use the same in promotional materials for future Masterclasses.
- I understand that Organiser shall not have any liability, if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to happening of any force majeure event.
- I understand that the Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Masterclass.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in contrary in any other documents, the terms mentioned herein shall supersede any other agreements/ documents signed between the parties.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- By registering for the Masterclass, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Note: If the form is filled by any Organisation, then the terms & conditions mentioned herein shall be applicable to the Organisation as well as to the participants nominated by the Organisation.
