Tarun Arora is the Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of Zydus Wellness., one of the leading consumer health and wellness companies in India, which is focused on creating novel experiences for conscious consumers. The company has a basket of niche products and iconic brands such as Sugar Free, Everyuth and Nutralite, Complan, Glucon D, and Nycil.

Tarun has played an instrumental role in the turnaround and scale up of the organization driven by innovation, route to market transformation, expansion in international markets, and building high performing leadership teams. He has also successfully completed integration of Kraft Heinz India business with Zydus Wellness post one of the largest cash deal in the Indian FMCG industry.

With nearly three decades of experience in the food and nutrition industry, Tarun also serves as the President for FICCI Center for Nutrition Excellence.

An alumnus of Harvard (AMP) and IMT Ghaziabad (PGDBM), Tarun specializes in category leading innovations, brand building, new markets and M&A. In the past, Tarun has also held leadership roles at several Global and Indian companies, such as Danone, Wipro, Bharti Walmart, Godrej and Sara Lee.
