Manoj is a Supply Chain and Logistics Professional, with over 27 years of successful career with diverse roles distinguished by commended performance and proven results. He has been associated with TCI since beginning of his career in 1996 and worked across various businesses and operations in TCI across all Divisions, Group Companies and JVs.

Manoj began his career in TCI Freight business as Management Trainee and after few months he moved to Express Transport business. He worked in Express business across various parts of India for over 10 years and rise through the ranks. Subsequently, post his stint in Express, he worked in Toyota India Logistics Operations as Head of Operations through TCI JV with Mitsui & Co. Japan. Where he has undergone Toyota Production System and Lean Logistics, JIT Operations along with high quality and safety standards across their processes and implementation back in Indian operations. After completing his 3 years tenure in Toyota operations Manoj moved to TCI Supply Chain Solutions division as Regional Head and worked in North and West India before moving back to North for second tenure with larger role.

He is currently serving as CEO-TCI Supply Chain Solutions. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

He obtained his MBA from Nagpur University in Marketing and Finance. He actively participated and undergone leadership development programme of Korn Ferry Hay Group, MGL (Making Great Leader), Nov 2017 and October 2019. He has also attended Prestigious – Indian School of Business – Hyderabad – Executive Development Programme, January 2011 and Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad – Capstone Business Simulation, July 2010.
