Rahul Bhatia is Vice President – Operations at ElasticRun, where since August 2016 he has driven end-to-end logistics excellence across rural and urban India. Bringing a strong techno-commercial lens, he leads operational strategy, process optimization, and scalable execution for the company’s end-to-end fulfilment network. Before ElasticRun, Rahul served an impressive 14-year tenure in the Indian Navy, where Rahul led a team of over 105 personnel as Head of Supply Chain Management, achieving a 27% productivity improvement, and served as Project Director overseeing civil and technical projects with a substantial budget. A graduate of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute (MFM) and Naval College of Engineering (BTech), he combines disciplined leadership with deep domain expertise to advance ElasticRun’s mission.
