He has led large-scale initiatives across APAC, India, and the U.S., delivering business scalability, cost leadership, and digital maturity. 
 
Abhishek has architected logistics transformation for some of the world’s leading brands. At McCain Foods, he built India’s first ASRS frozen warehouse, established control towers across 25+ DCs, and digitized end-to-end metrics on Power BI. His leadership enabled temperature-controlled traceability, reduced service deviations, and enhanced OTIF and customer freshness scores. At Welspun, he integrated planning and shipping across global sites and deployed blockchain-enabled traceability from farm to shelf. 
 
With a track record of scaling operations across diverse verticals, Abhishek has helped businesses pivot from legacy models to agile, data-led ecosystems. His expertise spans S&OP, logistics automation, network planning, and last-mile design — enabling growth in both emerging and mature markets.
