Arun Saravanakumar is the head of Supply Chain & Sustainability at L’Oréal India.  

Arun joined L’Oréal as the Plant Director in Pune, in 2019. He has been instrumental in driving the Pune Plant towards excellence in Core responsibility, Agility, Competitiveness & Digital transformation while building strong teams. He is a strong believer in the power of diversity and has worked to create a truly diverse plant team with a strong talent pipeline.  

Prior to L’Oréal, he holds a rich experience of 14 years with Asian Paints where he worked across various functions including Manufacturing, Purchase, Demand, Supply and Distribution planning, and New Product Management. 

Arun is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and holds an MBA – Operations from NITIE.
