Jagadeesh Kunchey is currently working with ITC Limited-as Executive Vice President-supply chain & Logistics for all the FMCG businesses, Engineering Projects and part of the Management committee. He manages one of the complex supply chain networks across the country comprising 150+Factories, 2800+ Distributors, and 45 Distribution Centres (6 million Sq. ft.) for around 1600+ SKUs and 32 categories. As a part of this role, he is responsible for end to end supply chain strategy, planning, operations, Supply chain transformation. and getting it   future ready. He has driven multiple projects on operational excellence, Supply chain digitization, creating company owned fulfilment centres and strategic cost management. He was earlier involved in setting up & nurturing high performing teams and systems and ran supply chain operations, procurement and logistics  in Reliance Retail, Cargill and Coca cola. Some of the projects  include  delivering  “Best In class fill rates through an aligned S&OP process across multiple businesses”, “Network design& supply chain strategy for Reliance Retail  , “SAP implementation”,  Creating state of art  the art Distribution centres and automation  for ITC”, “Implementation of Lean Inventory Program” and  “ Testing of  different Distribution models i.e. Direct to market, Dark store model and DSD delivery  and micro fulfilment ”  to improve customer profitability and reduce Inventory and  costs.
