Pallavi Chaudhuri is a procurement and supply chain professional with experience in both industry and management consulting. She is currently the Procurement Services Director at Perfetti Van Melle, where she leads the Procurement Center of Excellence and drives various transformation and digitalization initiatives across 15 countries. She has a track record of delivering cost savings, supply chain optimization, data analytics, budgeting, and risk management for various categories of spend. She has also set up and managed buyer support services teams, managed procurement audits, and implemented e-procurement platforms for global clients. She has an MBA in Operations Management from IIT Kharagpur and has recently completed “Certified Supply Chain Leader Program” from ISCM in India.
