His core competencies include product portfolio management, dealerization, key account management, innovation management, CRM implementation, digital marketing, event management, and strategy formulation and implementation.
To grow the warehouse material handling equipment business, strategic tie-ups were formed, resulting in double-digit growth. The goal is to provide tailored intra-logistics solutions, enhance customer satisfaction, and build loyalty.
