Terms & Conditions of the Award

  1. Entries can be submitted by the entity having business operations in India (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”). The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (hereinafter referred as “Organiser”).
  2. An entry will be considered accepted only when the nomination fee as prescribed has been received by the Organiser. Please note TSSL do not accept cash.
  3. All mandatory fields of the Nomination form need to be complete in all respects; else the nomination may be disqualified from participation.
  4. The submitted contents are the sole responsibility of the Applicant and at no point in time the Organiser will be liable for the content submitted.
  5. Applicant declare that details furnished are correct and complete. In case any of information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, Applicant will be liable and accountable for any consequences resulting thereto including indemnifying Organiser for any expenses, costs, losses, damages.
  6. By submitting the nomination, Applicant permit the organiser to produce the content before the jury for any purposes related to the awards. All the information received from the Applicant shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose it has been collected.
  7. All information and documents shall be submitted by the Applicant in English language. Documents shall not be password protected and once submitted for evaluation are not permitted for any editing. Re-submission of documents are also not allowed.
  8. Applicants understand that mere submission of nomination does not entitle the Nominee for being shortlisted or receiving the Award. Applicant shall depute their representative for the final award ceremony.
  1. Organiser will not be a part of the decision-making process during Jury meetings.
  2. Jury Member shall decide on evaluation/disqualification/qualification/re-categorisation for all Applicants.
  3. If no Applicant in a category is found to be credible of inclusion by the Jury, such Award category may be change or cancelled or merged with another category as per decision of the Jury members.
  4. If Jury member/s are from the same organization of the entity that submitted a nomination, that specific entry will not be evaluated by those jury member/s. Instead, categories will be assessed by remaining panel of Jury.
  5. The decision of the Jury shall be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Organiser shall not entertain any queries in this regard.
  1. Organiser shall not be under any obligation to disclose scores obtained by the Applicant/ Awardee.

  2. Organisers may modify the terms of the Award without notice hence Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.

  3. Organiser has the right to ask for proof of information provided in the nomination form. If such a request is made and the Applicant does not agree or the information provided is incorrect then the Applicant could be disqualified and if the Award is already conferred, then the Awardee shall be liable to return the Award and withdraw the promotional materials from all the platforms.

  4. Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage that an Applicant, awardee or any 3rd party may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate the Awards or Awards being withdrawn or its terms being amended. Applicant hold harmless the Organiser, its employees or representatives and shall defend them against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of or in connection with any claims in connection with participation or winning the Award.

  5. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if it doesn’t meet the criteria and/or is misleading or may refuse the entries that may offend national or religious sentiments.

  6. Organiser may contact the Applicant at the request of jury, during the evaluation process, should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.

  7. Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in form of text, images, audio/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, electronic hyperlink to the website of the Applicant, Internet or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting the awards.

  8. Applicant grants the Organiser a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use and display their participation in the Awards, and any intellectual property in relation to and arising out of such participation in the Awards and picture and footage thereof, which shall include trade publications, press releases, electronic posting to the Website.

  9. Organiser will have no liability to the Applicant who is unable to participate in the Award ceremony, for whatever reason and Organiser shall be entitled to disqualify the Applicant from the Awards, at any time, at the discretion of the Organiser.

  10. If winner fails to collect the award in the Award ceremony, then the Organiser will attempt to deliver the best same on best effort basis. Any Award not collected within 30 days shall be forfeited and the Winner will be disqualified.

  11. Organiser cannot and shall not be held accountable /liable for any disruptions/ stoppages /interruptions or cancellation of the Awards due to any force majeure reasons.

  12. The decision of Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.

  1. Please note that there will not be any refund under any circumstances.

  2. Awards will be announced only during the Award ceremony; hence Applicant shall not rely on any confirmation about receiving the Award by any one through any medium. Organizer shall not be responsible for the same.

  3. All entries shall be original work and if an entry is found to be plagiarized/ not factual, it shall be disqualified. Applicant shall ensure they have intellectual property rights & other rights of brand being submitted for nomination.

  4. Advertisement by Awardee should be only for the category in which they have received the award and not for some other category. Awardee may promote receipt of Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines and other applicable laws

  5. All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards / nominations shall be subject to the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

  6. By submission of nomination, the Applicant is bound by these Terms and Conditions. For any queries or experience difficulties of any kind, Applicant can write to et.edge@timesgroup.com.

  • All information and documents shall be submitted by the Applicant in English language. Documents shall not be password protected and once submitted for evaluation are not permitted for any editing. Re-submission of documents are also not allowed.
  • Applicant shall ensure that they have the intellectual property rights & other rights of the brand being submitted for the nomination. In case of agency, they need to authenticate the same.
  • Organiser of Awards may refuse the entries that may offend national or religious sentiments.
  • Organiser may contact the Applicants at the request of jury, during the judging process, should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.
  • Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in form of text, images, audio/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, Internet or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting the awards, with due credit to the Applicant.
  • Organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
  • At no stage of the jury meetings for ET Now Supply Chain Management & Logistic Summit Awards 2024 will anyone from the Organizers team will be a part of the decision-making process.
  • The decision of Award management in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
  • The decision taken by the Organizer based upon the observation & recommendations of Jury members with respect to the evaluation/disqualification/qualification/re-categorisation is final and binding for all Applicants. No claims/queries raised with respect to the same will be entertained in this regard.
  • Any agency applying on behalf of a brand will need their approval in the form and manner as requested by the Organiser.
  • An entry will be considered accepted only when the nomination fee as prescribed has been received by the Organiser. Cash not accepted.
  • We presume that all entries sent to us are based on original work. If an entry is found to be plagiarized/ not factual, it will be disqualified.
  • The Award will be conferred at the Event and the Awardee organization may advertise receipt of the Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines.
  • Advertisement by the Awardee should be only for the category in which they have received the award and not for some other category.

Please note that there will not be any refunds under any circumstances.
  • If no Applicant in a category is found to be worthy of inclusion by the Jury, the Award category may be cancelled by the Jury. The Jury may decide to add nominees in the category to maintain high standards of participation. The decision of the Jury in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
  • All mandatory fields of the application form need to be complete in all respects; else it may be disqualified from participation.
  • By submitting the nomination, Applicant permit the organizer to produce the content for the jury and any purposes related to the awards.
  • The submitted content are the sole responsibility of the Applicant submitting the nomination and at no point in time the organisers will be liable for the content submitted.
  • The organizers also reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if it doesn’t meet the criteria and/or is misleading. In such cases, the organizer is not liable to refund the nomination fee.
