Anushila Guha is an accomplished IT Professional with 14 years of extensive global experience in strategically partnering with supply chain for IT innovation delivery and platform operations. During her tenure at Unilever, she has spearheaded significant system innovations in the logistics domain, spanning Unilever markets across Europe, North America, Latin America, and India. In her current capacity as Head of IT – HUL Supply Chain, she is driving digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, planning, fulfilment operations, procurement, and integrated supply chain intelligence. She is an advocate gender equity at workplace. She actively leads a network of working mothers at Unilever, championing their professional growth and empowerment. Anushila holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from NIT Surat and an MBA in Information Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai.
