Dr. Ashvini Jakhar’s journey spans across military, consulting, and entrepreneurship. A former Surgeon Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy (2006-2012), he was awarded the Sainya Sena Medal by the Hon’ble President of India for his role in 26/11 anti-terrorist operations and post-tsunami rehabilitation in Andaman & Nicobar Islands 

Post-Navy, he pursued an MBA at ISB (2013), serving as Graduate Student Body President and winning multiple leadership awards. He then joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant before founding Prozo in 2015. 

Today, Prozo is a 10-year-old, 2500+ strong supply chain powerhouse with a 2M+ sq. ft. network across 14 cities and a 24,000+ PIN code logistics footprint. The company serves top enterprises (Reliance, Tata, Marico, Daikin) and leading D2C brands (Minimalist, Beardo, Just Herbs, Renee, Bewakoof, and more) with its cutting-edge technology-driven supply chain solutions.
