Jayanta Chatterjee is a seasoned supply chain leader with over 30 years of global experience spanning Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Fulfilment, and Transformation. His career has taken him across Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East, and the UK, where he currently serves as Global Supply Chain Director for Castrol’s Industrial, Marine, and Energy business. 

Jayanta began his career with Philips India Ltd and joined Castrol in 1999, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Notably, he served as a Wholetime Director on the Board of Castrol India Limited for seven years and led global Base Oil procurement worth $2 billion for Castrol. 

Renowned for his strategic insight and operational excellence, Jayanta excels in building high-performing teams and driving end-to-end supply chain transformation.
