In Hershey India, he has played a key role in driving strategic projects on Supply Chain route to market ensuring flexibility in responses to an increasingly demanding marketplace and developing the Manufacturing Strategy to leverage the existing footprint at an optimized cost.  

Prior to Hershey, Kanishka spent almost 14 years at Mondelez in various capacities. His latest roles at Mondelez being the Demand Planning and IBP Lead role taking care of the Demand planning and IBP process and the Logistics Operations Lead Role taking care of End-to-End Distribution & warehousing.

Kanishka is an alumnus of prestigious educational institutions such as Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and IIT Kharagpur.
