Warehousing (conventional / WMS / Racking), Distribution – Ambient & Temperature controlled (Primary / Secondary), Distribution resource planning, Demand & Supply planning, Continuous Replenishment basis scientific norms, Material resource planning for seamless production, cost reduction projects, Network optimization, driving S&OE / S&OP & managing AOP budgets , Network design & distribution footprint expansion.

Mayur had worked with reputed FMCG MNC’s viz. Coca Cola, Nestle, Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, Del Monte Foods & current assignment is with J.K White Cement & Paints business as Head of Supply Chain.

Had been instrumental in building a strong distribution footprint, business mergers, warehouse consolidations & certain cross functional projects viz. Increasing Numeric Reach & Distribution in Rural belt (Britannia), Robust Supply Chain to supply direct to E.com (Del Monte India), Cross docking project for Fresh Dairy (Britannia), Building a Future ready distribution model (J.K Cement) & building supply chain capabilities for new paints business starting from scratch ,are some of the key projects in last couple of years.
