As President, CJ DARCL Logistics, the company has been witnessing unprecedented growth with continued expansion to 2,000 diverse customers at over 5,000 destinations on a pan-India basis with 174 offices in a short span of time.

He led instrumental changes in the company leading to its accelerated transformation from a traditional transport to a modern logistics company offering Stock Yard/ Warehousing/ CHA & Freight Forwarding Facilities.

Mr. Agarwal is also mentoring executives to ensure all employees at CJ Darcl achieve their potential in various verticals at the company. He has also initiated several learning programs for employees to provide clear way of internal growth in the company, effectively creating leaders for tomorrow.

Mr. Agarwal is now spearheading the company to become market leader in the next 3-5 years in high growth “last mile delivery” vertical effectively venturing into B2C segment. His expertise is also establishing full truck multimodal in logistics and ODC movement and coastal multimodal.

His overall expertise is playing a key role in establishing and creating gold standards in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at CJ Darcl’s for creating a future proof enterprise.

He has also pursued his education in one the of prestigious IIM Ahmedabad and London Business School and is an avid investor in several start-ups by providing angel funding. Recently, he was felicitated with a certificate in Entrepreneurs’ Organization Growth Forum at London Business School. He is an avid farmer with a passion for farming.
