Om Vijayvargiya is a Graduate Engineer and holds an Executive MBA degree from Symbiosis Institute Pune.

He has a total experience of 27 years and worked in different tier-1 Automotive companies like Schaeffler India Limited, International Automotive Components (IAC), Metzeler Automotive and Lear Automotive.

He began his career in Operations and later worked in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. Currently, he is Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics at Schaeffler India Limited.

Based on his working experience with Automotive tier 1 industries, he has a deep understanding of the Supply Chain requirements of Automotive & Engineering Industries. In the past few years, He has successfully led many projects like Logistic Network Design & Development, Consolidation of Warehouses, Consolidation of Import/Export cargo, etc. Currently, he is working on many digitalization & Sustainability improvement projects in Warehousing & Transportation.
