She has worked in various industries across Southeast Asia, APAC, and Europe, holding leadership roles in each. As the Chief Operations Officer for a US multinational, she was responsible for managing all business operations in the Indian Subcontinent. Previously, as Global Supply Chain Director at DSM, she led strategic transformation programs across multiple regions. While at Philips, Parul held several commercial supply chain and procurement positions, frequently traveling internationally, which helped her gain valuable experience with diverse cultures. Her significant contributions to the supply chain and business industries have earned her multiple accolades.

Parul is also a coach, passionate about improving performance and developing people’s capabilities. She has been successful in coaching regional and functional leaders, helping them become better leaders and achieve higher results.
