He holds a doctorate in Automation of Supply Chain besides MBA and Engineering qualification. He has a proven track record in reducing costs, improving delivery times, and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic thinking and innovative solutions. 

Mr. Rathi has successfully led large teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets & implemented state-of-the-art logistics technologies. He has spearheaded sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact and staunch supporter to save the planet initiative.  He is an arduous believer in continuous improvement & Chain Management. He has worked with some of the Industry  verticals such as EPC projects, construction materials, chemicals, metals, & minerals. He has travelled extensively and is a scholar of cultural diversity in pursuit of Human Excellence.
