How We Identify the Best Organisations
Not Every Company Can Be Called the Best — Here’s What It Takes.
To be recognized among the Best Organisations to Work in Manufacturing 2025, your company must demonstrate excellence across key parameters defined by our Knowledge and Research Partners.
- The company should have an operating presence in India for at least 5 years.
- The company should have a registered office and customer base in India.
- For large enterprises, the annual turnover should be more than 100 crores and a minimum presence of 5 years.
- For startups, the annual turnover should be more than 25 crores and a minimum presence of 3 years.
- It should have played a pivotal role in development and enhancement of its reputation in the industry, by providing holistic products and/or exceptional customer service.
- They should have a public profile (financials should be publicly available).
- They should have client base in at least 2 regions of India.
- Any other notable achievements (awards/accolades/member of notable industry associations).
A 360° evaluation framework ensures only the most deserving organisations are recognized.
- The knowledge partner will define parameters and segments, as well as assign weightage for evaluation
- Organizations can self-nominate by completing an online application form on the event website
- The Research partner will analyze a universe of 1000+ brands based on the knowledge partner's parameters and the self-nominations received
- The assessment of these 1000 plus organisations will be based on parameters defined by the knowledge partner
- Following this, these organisations will have to fill out a questionnaire
- This will be followed by a rigorous evaluation process and out of these 1000 organisations, 200 organisations will be shortlisted
- These shortlisted brands will be intimated and invited to be felicitated at ET Now Best Organisations to Work
- The success stories of organisations will also be featured in the Best Organisations to work - Coffee Table Book 2025
