Calvin Lyngdoh, currently Vice President HR at Bajaj auto, has over than 20 years of industry experience. As VP HR  Calvin is responsible for HR the front end business, which constitutes the customer facing entities of Bajaj Auto, such as the international business, the pro biking business, the 3 wheeler business, and the 2 wheeler business and the marketing organisation.

Am alumnus from XLRI Jamshedpur, Calvin has worked in multiple industries which include FMCG, Telecom and the start-up ecosystem. Prior to joining Bajaj, Calvin was the head of HR for Delivery and Lenskart – which was listed at the bourses last month. He started his experience in FMCG with Cadbury (which is now Mondelez), move to Telecom with Nokia and back to FMCG where he was Director HR of the joint-venture between Kimberly Clark and Unilever.

Calvin is passionate about guiding young talent because he believes that by mentoring young professionals in the current workforce environment, he’s contributing to a resilient and innovative cohort to adapt and thrive at their workplace.
