As the Global CHRO of EPL Limited, erstwhile Essel Propack the world’s leading laminated tubes company, I partner with the Board, Private Equity and Executive Leadership Team to shape strategy, embed ESG into growth, and craft workplaces where 5,700+ employees across 21 plants in 11 countries, serving customers across 80+ countries. EPL is proudly a truly Indian listed Global MNC recognized globally for its innovation and sustainability.
In J&J, last role was HR Head for One J&J, HR Head of Consumer Health Business (now Kenvue), DEI Mentor for India, APAC Regional Roles for Digital Transformation, Marketing and Sustainability.
In Unilever, variety of roles across business partnering, Talent and Learning and last role was leading business partnering with a Global Function across the world.
