Ronak is responsible for successfully leading the marketing and branding function at 360 ONE, earlier known as IIFL Wealth & Asset Management.
He joined the firm in 2009 and has been a key contributor towards the growth and success of the brand. Ronak, along with his team, also effectively led the recent rebranding of the firm to 360 ONE. In his current role, he actively focuses on driving thought leadership and data-led marketing, while also owning the voice of the customer across businesses.
At 360 ONE, he leads a disruptive experiential marketing function, which has overseen nearly 1,800 global experiences for over half a million attendees. He has been instrumental in introducing MarTech solutions with a special focus on strategies for client acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy. His efforts towards building a formidable brand have established 360 ONE as one of the most prominent and awarded wealth and alternates-focused asset management companies in India. Ronak also leads a gender-diverse team, with almost 60% of the team consisting of women.
He was recently inducted into the prestigious Forbes Communications Council, an invitation only community for senior-level executives in communications, marketing, and public relations. He has received various accolades, including the Top 20 Experiential Marketing CMO’ title at the WOW awards in India, DMA Asia’s Trailblazer CMO honour, and recognition among the Top 100 Customer Experience Professionals’ at the CX World Summit.
Ronak brings over two decades of combined entrepreneurial and managerial experience across multiple industries and roles. He also holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
