Harshil Karia is a Serial Entrepreneur, Social Worker and Musician who started his career at the age of 21. He is a 3 time entrepreneur with 3 successful startups to his name – Schbang, Level and FoxyMoron. He currently runs 2 out of those 3 startups namely Schbang and Level. At Schbang, Harshil plays the role of Founder. He manages a team of over 1000 people and serves 200 of the top 1000 companies in India along with large brands in the UK and Netherlands. Schbang is a creative & technology transformation company that has been featured in LinkedIn’s Top Startups India for 2018 & 2021. Schbang on finance & growth front has delivered 450% increase in just 3 years, putting the company on Financial Times’ ‘High Growth Companies Asia Pacific’ list. With offices in London and Amsterdam, they are the first Indian network going from India to the World. In India, Schbang is spread across three major cities with over 1000 people in just 7 years. Harshil is building Level along with Ranveer Allahbadia aka BeerBiceps – India’s most influential Infotainment YouTuber and an entrepreneur himself.
