Somesh Surana is the Head of Digital Business Group and Marketing at HDFC ERGO. In his present role, he is responsible for overseeing the digital business, driving the company’s brand strategy and strategically expanding the business through various digital sales channels and marketing & communications efforts. 

With a career spanning nearly two decades, Somesh has an extensive experience, primarily in the BFSI segment. During his previous stints, he has been instrumental in developing and repositioning Marcom and Digital Sales Channels for leading brands like Barclays Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior to his experience with BFSI orgnisations, he has been associated with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising where he has shaped up key campaigns for various reputed brands.  

Somesh is a business graduate and holds a masters degree in management science and marketing.
