Krupali Sidhu, Business HR Head, at Kotak Mahindra Bank spearheads the verticals of Treasury, 811, ESG, CSR, PSL, Marketing, Vigilance and Public Affairs.  She leads COE functions such as compensation & benefits for the Bank and leadership compensation, talent management and succession planning for the group. In addition Krupali is responsible for board related interactions and regulatory requirements for HR.   

Krupali has about 20 years of experience, of which around 16 years have been with Kotak Bank.  She has handled various roles during her stint at Kotak in areas of HR technology, HR analytics, HR policies, talent and performance management and business partnering roles for various functions across the bank.      

Krupali has also worked on various projects on driving diversity and inclusion agenda, imbibing culture, impacting employee experience within the Bank.   

Krupali has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Mumbai University.
