Over 10 years of experience, Aadya has been building business partnerships, engagement and culture. She has collaborated with some of the most recognisable brands in India, including Mahindra Finance and TCS. Aadya has spent time in Europe and South East Asia, which has helped her acquire the code for integrating cultures. She previously served as a member of the executive committee for Moet Hennessy Philippines and Indonesia, where she played a key role in advancing corporate culture, value creation, and employee engagement through the integration of company values and collaboration-based, business-centric practises.
Aadya has developed knowledge and skills in leading transformation for an engaged workforce across generations and integrating cultural change to produce exceptional employee experiences during her most recent employments in employee-centric businesses.
