A seasoned HR leader and passionate coach, Atma has worked across a myriad of sectors and scaled up startups to 10x in terms of people capability, building talent pipeline, total rewards and succession planning. Atma has been recognized as an  SHRM influencer over the years, dynamic top 20 HR leader by Economic Times in 2021 and 2022 and as 40 under 40 HR leaders by Jomaby. He volunteers with NITI Aayog in the Mentor India initiative.

An expert in business partnering, digital transformation, total rewards, and talent management, Atma has been responsible for major change initiatives in his stints with various organizations. His focus is on aligning people strategy, business strategy and organization culture, values and purpose.
