Roma Bindroo is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zepto. She comes with over a decade-long experience in organizational restructuring, talent management, diversity and inclusion practices, employer branding and learning & development of the workforce.

Having held multiple roles across the people domain, right from functional and specialist roles to setting up new teams and verticals, Roma with her able leadership, passion for people, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and innovation, is now building a thriving community of Zeptonians. At the back of an empathetic and passionate culture, her efforts not only make Zepto a great place to work, but also ensure effective organizational outcomes.

Roma has previously worked with large enterprises including Tata Consumer – NourishCo,
Johnson and Johnson, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Strategic Management Group and Infosys, leading teams and cultivating each brand’s people and culture. Roma’s academic track truly defines her strong experience; with a PMIR (HRM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from University of Mumbai. She was also awarded the Prof. Ram Charan Young HR Icon – India, 2019, by the National HRD Network and has been a part of many forums as an advocate of innovative HR practices & holistic inclusion.
