KS is the Group Head of Human Resources for InterGlobe Enterprises. He is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises. He provides strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources Function and is responsible for integrating HR practices throughout the organization.

With an experience in Human Resources spanning over 30 years, KS brings in rich and varied experience from the aviation, hospitality, telecom, and manufacturing sectors. KS is an experienced thought leader and believes in the importance of coaching and mentoring for the development of business leaders. He has driven business results through innovative people strategies and fostering a strong learning culture in the organisation. He has successfully led various projects in Leadership Development, Culture Building, and Talent Management practices.

KS has previously held senior positions at The Oberoi Group, IndiGo, and Bharti Airtel. He was responsible for steering strategic and transformational HR, with a strong focus on execution. KS holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
