Puja’s expertise spans across renowned organizations such as OLX, Tesco (dunnhumby), Evalueserve, Google, and Sapient, where she has played pivotal roles in cultural transformations and digital reimagination. In recent years, Puja has focused on building and scaling global businesses across multiple countries, as well as integrating businesses through mergers and acquisitions.  

She has a proven track record of crafting talent strategies that drive growth while ensuring sustainability. Additionally, Puja has been a driving force in championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, both within the companies she’s worked with and in the broader community.
