Indrani Chatterjee is a hands-on mother of a teenage daughter, a TEDx speaker and has 23 years of professional experience in the Corporate world. Indrani possesses a strong background in leading human resources for large global companies. She is currently the Group Chief Human Resource Officer for Allcargo Group, which has a global network of 180 countries, and has 300 offices across the world. Before joining Allcargo Group she was the Chief People Officer and Director-Human Capital with PricewaterhouseCoopers SDC. She has also worked with Pepsico International and Vodafone India.

With an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, she also holds an MBA degree in HR and Information systems, and has done PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She also possesses a professional degree in television news reading and media anchoring. She has won multiple professional awards in her career from the Indian industry for her contribution to the HR domain. She was the Chapter Vice President of NHRD, Kolkata, and currently the State President for WICCI Coaching Council. She is also a POSH Advisor to various organizations.
