Ena is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with about 20 plus years of industry experience. An alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar, she started her professional journey at the Aditya Birla Group with Ultratech Cement. In 2008, she became the Co-Founder at KiE Square Analytics, a Company that was a pioneer and has now become a key player in the data analytics and technology field. She is currently the Chief People Officer at KiE Square Analytics.

Ena has helped set up end-to-end Strategic HR Processes and Systems across geographies. Her expertise areas include Change Management, Talent Management & Development, Cross Cultural Competence, Cultural Stewardship, Digital Transformation & Innovation in HR Practices, Hybrid C&B Design, Partner Ecosystem Development amongst others. Along with this, Ena also manages Corporate Development and has been instrumental in the set-up of KiE Square Foundation that aims to take up multiple socio-economic objectives in the years to come.
