With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, I have consistently played a key strategic role in driving organizational success across a range of industries, leading HR transformations and aligning talent strategies with broader business goals. Currently, as Chief People Officer at VML India, I oversee HR operations focusing on team integration, culture alignment, and leading organizational restructuring efforts following a major merger of seven agencies. Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with senior leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that foster high-performance cultures, enhance employee experiences, and support business objectives. I am passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), having actively represented the Indian market in APAC women’s leadership groups.

My experience spans key roles, including Executive Vice President – HR at McCann Worldgroup and Vice President – HR at Bharti Walmart, Modicare, and Barista Coffee Company. I have successfully driven change management initiatives, designed talent management frameworks, and built robust performance management and learning & development programs. Recognized for my impact on the HR landscape, I was named among the Top 20 Most Impactful HR Leaders and received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from my alma mater, IMT Ghaziabad.
