Currently, she oversees various functions, including business development, marketing, customer relations, and content operations.

An alumna of the University of California (UCLA) with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Smiti has strong experience in B2B networking and relationships. Before co-founding AdvantageClub.ai with Sourabh Deorah, she was a Software Engineer with one of the Big 5—Microsoft—in the US, where she was instrumental in the brand’s expansion across the globe.

Smiti envisions AdvantageClub.ai to disrupt the traditional employee experience and engagement industry. She firmly believes that corporations need to engage with their employees beyond the provident fund & corporate discount schemes extensively. Recognized for her thought leadership and impact in shaping work’s future, Smiti is now a proud member of the esteemed Forbes HR Council.
