A passionate leader, Divya Mohan is the Chief Human Resources Officer at InsuranceDekho, a leading InsurTech company in India. In her current role, Divya spearheads the people and talent agenda to support business growth and enable ID in its transformational journey.
With an MBA degree from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), New Delhi, and a prolific career of over 16 years, Divya led talent planning in multi-geographical high growth phases and early-stage businesses. Her experience includes driving change, managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, employer brand communication, organization effectiveness and executive compensation. She is a trained facilitator on leadership programs with over 100,000 manhours of experience. She is also a certified executive coach with over 200 hours of experience.
Before joining InsuranceDekho, Divya worked in critical roles across diversified conglomerates and startups like Mahindra & Mahindra, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., VLCC Healthcare Ltd., Volvo-Eicher, OYO & Innovaccer Analytics. During her stint with OYO, she spearheaded people and talent agenda to support business growth and enable the organization’s transformation journey. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Volvo and Jubilant, where she was a part of the team that scaled the company from 5000 employees to 28000+ by building a culture that fostered excellent performance, innovation, and growth for employees.
Divya’s philosophy towards life and work echoes wisdom – “never underestimate the big importance of small things.” This mantra reflects her attention to detail and belief in nurturing the small aspects to achieve significant outcomes. Divya finds solace in reading, pro-bono coaching, microblogging, and cooking during her leisure time. Above all, she loves spending time with her family and Bolt, her adorable Labrador.
