Sandeep brings with him a rich, multi sectoral experience of three decades, having worked in sectors like automobile, petrochemical, construction/real estate, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and engineering. This includes Honda, Walmart, Bharti, Laing O’ Rourke, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, Somany Ceramics, and India Glycols.

Sandeep is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record of driving HR and business transformation and growth. Over the journey of his career, he has been instrumental in driving various HR practices & interventions including M&As, HR Strategy, Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Employee Value Propositions. He has introduced new-age HR practices, led digital transformation initiative, and coached executive teams on change management to drive business growth.

He is a Certified Executive Coach and Hogan, TQM and NLP Assessor.
